FREELANCE COPYWRITER
Publishers Clearing House is seeking an experienced Freelance Copywriter. The basic function is concepting and copywriting for the internet (includes sweeps, magazine and product promotions). Create online promotion strategies, body copy, headlines, captions, animations/movies, etc. for all manner of pch.com promotions. This position is a full-time, freelance position and is on-site in Port Washington, NY.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Copywrite a full complement of components for PCH online promotions
- Concept development for new magazine and product offers, along with new contest strategies
- Edit and Proofread all assignments
- Develop ability to become “full service” creative person by learning how to navigate GoLive, Photoshop, ImageReady, etc.
- Contribute to cross functional team objectives
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor ’s Degree in English, Advertising, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline
· 1-5 years internet copywriting experience
· Portfolio of writing samples (in print or online)
